Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end procurement strategies across multiple categories
- Lead negotiations with key suppliers to secure favorable terms and SLAs
- Analyze market trends and implement cost reduction initiatives
- Manage supplier relationships and performance metrics
- Oversee compliance with procurement policies and sustainability standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement with business objectives
- Implement digital procurement tools and process automation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of procurement experience with 3+ in leadership
- CIPS or CPSM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in contract management and supplier relationship management
- Proven track record of delivering 10-15% cost savings
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and e-procurement platforms
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency for APAC operations
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills with commercial acumen
