Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for raw materials and MRO supplies
- Lead vendor negotiations and contract management for key suppliers
- Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate supply risks
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement value engineering initiatives
- Manage cross-functional procurement projects with finance, logistics, and quality teams
- Oversee purchasing team performance and development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 and sustainability procurement standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in procurement leadership with 3+ in manufacturing
- CIPS/ISM certification or equivalent procurement accreditation
- Proven experience in strategic sourcing and vendor relationship management
- Advanced proficiency in SAP MM and procurement analytics tools
- Strong financial acumen with ability to analyze cost structures
- Excellent negotiation skills with track record of delivering savings
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency advantageous
