Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for raw materials and MRO supplies
- Lead vendor negotiations and manage supplier relationships across 50+ partners
- Analyze market trends and implement cost-saving initiatives targeting 15% reduction
- Oversee procurement budget management and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams for new product sourcing
- Implement and optimize e-procurement systems for streamlined operations
- Conduct supplier audits and ensure ethical sourcing practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years progressive purchasing experience in manufacturing
- CPSM or CIPS certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and e-procurement tools
- Proven track record of cost reduction and process improvement
- Advanced negotiation skills with contract management expertise
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision making
