- Lead vendor negotiations securing 15-20% cost reductions while maintaining quality standards
- Implement e-procurement systems reducing processing time by 30%
- Analyze market trends and forecast supply chain disruptions
- Manage cross-functional procurement projects with engineering and operations teams
- Maintain compliance with ISO 14001 sustainability certifications
- Mentor junior procurement specialists through structured development programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years progressive purchasing experience with 3+ in leadership
- CIPS or CPSM certification mandatory
- Advanced proficiency in SAP Ariba and e-sourcing platforms
- Proven track record in international vendor management across 5+ countries
- Expertise in total cost analysis and risk mitigation frameworks
- Strong contract negotiation skills with $5M+ deal experience
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency preferred
