Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for key commodity categories
- Lead vendor negotiations and contract management for 50+ suppliers
- Analyze market trends to identify cost optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement with business objectives
- Implement sustainable procurement practices and ESG compliance initiatives
- Manage procurement budgets and KPI tracking with real-time analytics
- Mentor junior procurement specialists through our leadership program
Qualifications
- 8+ years in procurement/supply chain management with 3+ years in leadership
- CIPS/ISM certification or equivalent procurement qualification
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and e-procurement platforms
- Proven track record of achieving 15%+ cost savings
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Excellent negotiation skills with complex stakeholder management
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency preferred
- Experience in manufacturing or FMCG industry highly regarded
