- Lead end-to-end procurement processes including RFQs, RFPs, and contract negotiations

- Manage supplier performance metrics and KPIs
- Oversee inventory management and logistics coordination
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulatory standards

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive purchasing/procurement experience
- CIPS or CPSM certification preferred
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Expertise in strategic sourcing and vendor management
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of cost reduction initiatives
- Experience managing international supply chains
