Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies across 15+ commodity categories
- Lead vendor negotiations resulting in 15%+ annual cost savings
- Manage end-to-end procurement lifecycle from RFQ to contract closure
- Analyze market trends and leverage data analytics for risk mitigation
- Oversee supplier relationship management and performance scoring
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on procurement integration
- Implement sustainable procurement practices and ESG compliance
- Mentor junior procurement specialists and drive process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive procurement experience in manufacturing/industrial sector
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) designation required
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP Ariba, Oracle) and e-procurement platforms
- Proven track record of strategic sourcing and cost reduction initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools
- Exceptional negotiation and vendor management abilities
- Experience managing international supply chains and cross-border contracts
