Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive purchasing/sourcing experience
- CIPS or CPSM certification preferred
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and e-procurement tools
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of cost savings and process optimization
- Experience managing international supplier networks
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive initiatives
