- Manage vendor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee departmental budget and procurement operational expenses.
- Ensure full compliance with industry regulations and internal procurement policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Finance; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, purchasing, or procurement management.
- Expertise in ERP software (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced procurement tools.
- Proven ability to negotiate multi-million dollar contracts with diverse international suppliers.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on spend analysis and cost-reduction modeling.
- Professional certification (CPSM or CSCP) is highly preferred.
