Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies for key commodities across 15+ countries
- Lead vendor negotiations securing cost savings of 15%+ annually
- Oversee supplier performance management and risk mitigation frameworks
- Collaborate with R&D on new product introduction (NPI) procurement cycles
- Implement and optimize e-procurement systems for 500+ employees
- Drive sustainability initiatives through supplier scorecards and green procurement policies
- Mentor a team of 5 procurement specialists through structured development programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
- 10+ years in procurement with 5+ years in management roles
- CIPS or CPSM certification required
- Proven track record in strategic sourcing and contract management
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP Ariba, Oracle) and e-procurement tools
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Fluency in English with proficiency in Mandarin advantageous
- Experience managing cross-cultural teams in APAC markets
