- Develop and execute global sourcing strategies across 15+ commodity categories
- Lead contract negotiations with Tier-1 suppliers securing 10-15% cost savings
- Manage supplier relationships and performance metrics through KPI dashboards
- Oversee purchase order lifecycle from requisition to payment processing
- Implement risk mitigation protocols for supply chain disruptions
- Drive sustainability initiatives in vendor selection and procurement processes
- Lead cross-functional projects with engineering, operations, and finance teams
- Analyze market trends and leverage data analytics for strategic decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive procurement experience with $50M+ spend portfolios
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or equivalent
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP Ariba or Oracle Procurement Cloud)
- Proven track record of achieving cost reduction targets
- Advanced negotiation skills with complex international suppliers
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision-making
- Experience managing remote procurement teams and virtual negotiations
