- Lead vendor negotiations achieving 12-15% cost reduction targets
- Manage end-to-end procurement lifecycle from RFQ to contract renewal
- Analyze market trends to inform risk mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with R&D on new product introduction sourcing
- Implement ERP procurement module enhancements
- Mentor junior procurement specialists through structured training
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 8+ years procurement experience with 3+ in management
- CIPS or CPSM certification required
- Advanced proficiency in SAP Ariba and Power BI
- Proven track record in international vendor management
- Strong analytical skills with KPI-driven mindset
- Exceptional negotiation and contract management abilities
- Fluency in English and Mandarin preferred
