Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans across 15+ commodity categories
- Lead complex vendor negotiations securing $5M+ annually in cost savings
- Implement risk mitigation strategies for supply chain disruptions
- Manage cross-functional procurement projects with engineering and operations teams
- Optimize inventory levels and supplier performance metrics
- Drive sustainability initiatives through eco-conscious vendor partnerships
- Mentor junior procurement analysts on best practices
Qualifications
- 8+ years in procurement/supply chain management with 3+ years in leadership
- CPSM or CIPS certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and e-sourcing platforms
- Proven track record of 15%+ cost reduction initiatives
- Advanced data analysis skills with Excel/Power BI
- Experience managing international supplier relationships
- Strong negotiation and contract management expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
