Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans across 15+ commodity categories
- Lead cross-functional negotiations with global suppliers to secure favorable terms
- Analyze market trends and data to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Manage supplier relationships and performance metrics through KPI tracking
- Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 and ethical sourcing standards
- Collaborate with logistics teams to optimize inventory and distribution costs
- Implement and maintain procurement technologies (ERP/SRM systems)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive purchasing/procurement experience
- CIPS or CPSM certification preferred
- Proven track record in strategic sourcing and vendor management
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Excellent negotiation and contract management expertise
- Experience with international supply chain regulations
