Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for direct/indirect materials across 15+ categories
- Lead supplier negotiations and contract management, achieving 12-15% annual cost savings targets
- Oversee procurement operations with ERP/SAP systems while ensuring compliance with ISO 20400 standards
- Manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships across finance, operations, and logistics teams
- Analyze market trends and risk mitigation strategies for critical supply chains
- Mentor a team of 4-6 procurement specialists through performance-driven coaching
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years in procurement/sourcing with 3+ years in management roles
- CIPS/ISM certification or equivalent procurement credentials
- Advanced proficiency in SAP Ariba and e-procurement platforms
- Demonstrated success in strategic sourcing and cost reduction initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency for APAC supplier management
