Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to optimize costs and supplier relationships
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes including RFQ, RFP, and contract negotiations
- Analyze market trends and data to identify cost-saving opportunities and risk mitigation strategies
- Lead cross-functional teams to align purchasing objectives with business goals
- Implement and maintain compliance with procurement policies and industry regulations
- Oversee supplier performance metrics and continuous improvement initiatives
- Drive sustainability initiatives through ethical sourcing practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in procurement/supply chain management
- CIPS or CPSM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and e-procurement platforms
- Proven track record of negotiating multi-million dollar contracts
- Advanced analytical skills with experience in spend analysis and cost modeling
