Responsibilities

- Lead vendor negotiations securing cost savings of 15-20% annually
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes from RFQ to contract execution
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to mitigate risks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align purchasing with business objectives
- Implement procurement software (e.g., SAP Ariba) and process automation
- Mentor junior purchasing specialists and drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive purchasing experience with 3+ in leadership
- CPSM or CIPS certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in strategic sourcing, cost analysis, and contract management
- Proven track record of achieving procurement KPIs and savings targets
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and procurement analytics tools
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing international supplier relationships
