Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for key commodities, achieving 15%+ annual cost savings
- Lead supplier negotiations and contract management, ensuring compliance with industry standards
- Analyze market trends and data to forecast supply chain risks and opportunities
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize material specifications
- Implement procurement technologies (ERP/SRM) to enhance operational efficiency
- Manage a $25M+ annual budget with rigorous financial controls
- Drive sustainability initiatives through ethical sourcing practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years in procurement/sourcing with 3+ years in management
- CIPS or CPSM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in strategic sourcing, TCO analysis, and contract law
- Proven track record of cost reduction and supplier relationship management
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and data analytics tools
- Strong negotiation skills with experience in international supplier networks
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
