Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic procurement plans for key commodities
- Lead supplier negotiations and contract management for global contracts
- Drive cost savings initiatives through data-driven sourcing strategies
- Manage cross-functional teams to ensure seamless supply chain integration
- Implement ESG-compliant procurement frameworks and sustainability metrics
- Oversee vendor risk assessment and contingency planning
- Optimize inventory management and logistics efficiency
Qualifications
- 10+ years in procurement with 5+ years in management roles
- CIPS or CPSM certification strongly preferred
- Proven track record in strategic sourcing and cost reduction
- Expertise in SAP Ariba or similar procurement systems
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency highly valued
- Strong analytical skills with experience in spend analytics
- Experience managing cross-border supply chains in APAC
