Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans across 15+ commodity categories
- Lead complex vendor negotiations achieving 15%+ cost reduction targets
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes from RFQ to contract execution
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance data to drive continuous improvement
- Oversee supplier relationship management with 50+ key partners
- Implement and optimize e-procurement systems for efficiency gains
- Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 and CSR sourcing standards
- Mentor 4 direct reports through performance development plans
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years progressive procurement experience with 3+ in leadership
- CIPS or CPSM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in strategic sourcing, contract management, and risk assessment
- Advanced proficiency in SAP Ariba and e-sourcing platforms
- Proven track record of implementing category management strategies
- Exceptional analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities
- Strong stakeholder management skills across international teams
