Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans across 15+ categories
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate complex contracts
- Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams for procurement projects
- Implement risk mitigation strategies in supply chains
- Drive sustainability initiatives in vendor selection
- Manage procurement budget and KPI reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 8+ years progressive procurement experience
- CIPS or CPSM certification preferred
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Proven track record in vendor management
- Experience with international sourcing
- Ability to lead cross-functional projects
