Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global procurement strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead vendor negotiations securing cost-effective contracts with favorable terms

- Manage cross-functional teams to optimize purchasing processes
- Implement sustainability initiatives in vendor selection and supplier relationships

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years progressive purchasing experience with 3+ in leadership
- CPSM or CIPS certification preferred
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and e-procurement tools
- Proven track record in strategic sourcing and cost reduction
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities
