Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to optimize cost, quality, and delivery timelines
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with Fortune 500 suppliers
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive procurement process improvements and digital transformation
- Analyze market trends and conduct risk assessments for critical supply chains
- Oversee budget management and cost reduction initiatives across procurement categories
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and sustainability procurement standards
- Mentor junior procurement specialists and implement performance metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years of progressive procurement experience in manufacturing or retail
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) designation required
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP Ariba, Oracle Procurement) and data analytics tools
- Proven track record of achieving 15%+ cost savings in complex procurement cycles
- Fluency in English with proficiency in Mandarin for regional supplier negotiations
- Strong analytical skills with experience in spend analysis and category management
