Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for key commodities and services
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate cost-effective contracts
- Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities

- Ensure compliance with sustainability and ethical sourcing policies

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 8+ years in procurement/sourcing with 3+ in leadership
- CPSM or CIPS certification preferred
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills
- Experience managing global supplier networks
- Proven track record in cost reduction initiatives
- Knowledge of sustainability frameworks (e.g., ISO 14001)
