Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for raw materials and MRO supplies
- Lead vendor negotiations to optimize pricing, terms, and delivery schedules
- Manage supplier relationships and conduct performance evaluations
- Analyze market trends and identify cost reduction opportunities
- Implement and maintain procurement policies and compliance frameworks
- Collaborate with logistics and finance teams for end-to-end supply chain optimization
- Oversee purchasing budget management and cost forecasting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive purchasing experience with 3+ in leadership
- CPSM or CIPS certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and e-procurement tools
- Proven track record in strategic sourcing and vendor management
- Advanced analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Exceptional negotiation and contract management expertise
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and logistics
