Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for key commodities, optimizing cost savings while ensuring quality and sustainability
- Lead negotiations with global suppliers, securing favorable terms and building long-term partnerships
- Implement and manage procurement systems, leveraging data analytics to identify cost reduction opportunities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive purchasing experience with 3+ years in management
- CIPS or CPSM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and procurement analytics tools
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations and logistics
