- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for key commodities
- Lead vendor negotiations to secure optimal terms and pricing
- Manage supplier relationships and performance metrics
- Analyze market trends and recommend procurement strategies
- Collaborate with logistics and quality teams for seamless operations
- Implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining quality standards
- Oversee purchasing budgets and financial reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 8+ years in procurement/sourcing with 3+ in leadership
- CIPS or CPSM certification preferred
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Experience with international supplier networks
- Proven track record of cost reduction (15%+)
