Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans across 15+ commodity categories
- Lead vendor negotiations securing 12-18% average cost savings
- Manage end-to-end procurement lifecycle from RFQ to contract execution
- Analyze market trends and implement risk mitigation strategies
- Oversee cross-functional procurement teams of 5+ professionals
- Drive digital transformation through ERP system optimization
- Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 and CSR procurement standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years progressive procurement experience with 3+ in leadership
- CPSM or CIPS certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in strategic sourcing and total cost analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of vendor relationship management
- Advanced proficiency in SAP Ariba and Oracle procurement modules
- Strong data analytics skills with procurement KPI experience
- Excellent cross-cultural communication and negotiation abilities
