Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans across 15+ commodity categories
- Negotiate complex contracts with Tier 1 suppliers, achieving 10-15% cost reductions
- Manage vendor relationships and performance through KPI-driven scorecards
- Lead cross-functional procurement projects using Agile methodologies
- Analyze market trends and leverage data analytics for procurement decisions
- Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 and supply chain sustainability standards
- Mentor junior procurement specialists and build high-performing teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive procurement experience with $50M+ spend portfolios
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) designation required
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP Ariba, Oracle Procurement) and e-sourcing platforms
- Proven success in international sourcing and cross-cultural negotiations
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Power BI and spend analysis tools
- Strong leadership experience managing distributed procurement teams
