Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies to optimize costs and supply chain efficiency.
- Lead contract negotiations with key domestic and international suppliers to secure favorable pricing and terms.
- Conduct deep-dive market analysis to identify emerging trends, risks, and cost-reduction opportunities.
- Manage the full procure-to-pay lifecycle, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and quality standards.
- Mentor and lead a high-performing procurement team to meet and exceed KPIs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering and Operations departments to ensure seamless material flow.
- Maintain supplier scorecards and lead performance reviews to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Proven track record of managing high-value contract negotiations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and market intelligence.
- Professional certification (CPSM or CSCP) is highly preferred.
- Exceptional leadership abilities and communication skills at the executive level.
