Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end procurement strategies across 15+ commodity categories
- Lead negotiations with global suppliers to secure favorable terms and mitigate risks
- Analyze market trends and cost drivers to drive continuous savings initiatives
- Manage cross-functional projects with engineering, logistics, and finance teams
- Implement and optimize ERP procurement modules for maximum efficiency
- Oversee vendor performance metrics and foster strategic partnerships
- Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 and sustainability procurement standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive purchasing/procurement experience in manufacturing
- CIPS or CPSM certification required
- Expertise in strategic sourcing, contract management, and cost analysis
- Proven success in negotiating multi-million dollar contracts
- Advanced proficiency in SAP Ariba and Microsoft Excel
- Strong data analytics skills with experience in procurement KPI tracking
- Excellent leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams
