Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end procurement lifecycle for strategic categories including raw materials and MRO supplies
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to achieve 15-20% cost reduction targets
- Manage supplier relationships and performance through KPI-driven scorecards
- Oversee contract negotiations and ensure compliance with global procurement policies
- Implement e-procurement systems and digital transformation initiatives
- Analyze market trends and mitigate supply chain risks
- Lead cross-functional projects with engineering, finance, and operations teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years in procurement with 3+ years in managerial roles
- CIPS or CPSM certification preferred
- Proven experience in strategic sourcing and contract management
- Advanced proficiency in SAP Ariba and e-procurement platforms
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management expertise
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency highly valued
