- Oversee inventory management and supply chain logistics to ensure operational efficiency
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and finance teams to align purchasing strategies with business goals
- Implement and maintain procurement KPIs and reporting systems

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive purchasing experience in manufacturing or industrial sector
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or equivalent certification
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and e-procurement platforms
- Proven track record in contract negotiation and vendor management
- Strong analytical skills with experience in cost-benefit analysis and market research
- Excellent leadership abilities with experience managing procurement teams
