- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement with production goals
- Implement and maintain procurement best practices and compliance standards
- Oversee inventory management and procurement budget optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive purchasing/procurement experience in manufacturing
- CIPS or CPSM certification preferred
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and e-procurement tools
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision making
- Proven track record of cost reduction and vendor management
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
