Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies for key commodities
- Lead vendor negotiations to secure favorable terms and SLAs
- Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes from RFQ to contract execution
- Collaborate with engineering and operations to align procurement with product development
- Implement and optimize ERP systems for procurement workflows
- Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 and sustainability standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 8+ years in procurement with 3+ years in management
- CIPS or CPSM certification preferred
- Expertise in strategic sourcing and contract management
- Advanced proficiency in SAP Ariba or similar ERP systems
- Proven track record of cost reduction (15%+ annually)
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Experience managing global vendor relationships
