Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive global procurement strategies to optimize costs and mitigate supply chain risks.
- Negotiate high-value master service agreements and long-term contracts with key international suppliers.
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify and onboard high-quality vendors that align with our sustainability and quality standards.
- Analyze market trends and economic indicators to provide actionable insights for senior leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes through ERP automation and data-driven decision-making.
- Manage end-to-end purchasing lifecycles, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal governance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in strategic sourcing or industrial purchasing in a global environment.
- Expertise in ERP software (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced data analytics platforms (Tableau, Power BI).
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar annual spend portfolios.
- Exceptional negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to foster long-term supplier relationships.
- Professional certification such as CPSM or CSCP is highly desirable.
