Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for key commodities
- Manage vendor performance and negotiate complex contracts
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement procurement initiatives
- Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations
- Oversee inventory optimization and procurement budgeting
- Drive sustainability initiatives in the supply chain
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of procurement experience in manufacturing/distribution
- CIPS or CPSM certification preferred
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Experience managing APAC supplier networks
- Proven track record of cost reduction projects
- Fluency in English and Mandarin
