Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans across multiple categories to maximize cost savings and efficiency
- Manage relationships with key suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with SLAs
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement procurement technologies and process improvements
- Analyze market trends and supply chain risks, developing mitigation strategies
- Oversee inventory management and logistics coordination to ensure seamless operations
- Maintain compliance with ISO 14001 and sustainability procurement standards
- Report on KPIs including cost savings, supplier performance, and inventory turnover
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive purchasing experience with 3+ in leadership roles
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) designation required
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) and e-procurement platforms
- Proven track record of achieving 15%+ cost savings in complex sourcing projects
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools
- Exceptional negotiation skills with experience in international supplier management
