- Implement supplier relationship management programs and performance metrics
- Drive cost reduction initiatives through market analysis and strategic sourcing
- Manage procurement budgets and ensure financial compliance
- Oversee risk mitigation strategies for supply chain disruptions
- Lead digital transformation of procurement processes using ERP/SRM systems
- Mentor and develop a high-performing procurement team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (MBA/CIPS preferred)
- 10+ years in procurement with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven expertise in strategic sourcing and vendor management
- Certified in procurement technologies (SAP Ariba, Oracle SRM)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Expert knowledge of international trade regulations and compliance
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience managing cross-cultural supplier relationships
