- Lead vendor negotiations achieving 12-15% cost reductions
- Oversee end-to-end procurement lifecycle from RFQ to contract closure
- Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships with engineering, operations, and finance
- Implement and optimize ERP systems for procurement efficiency
- Drive supplier diversity and ESG compliance programs
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic procurement/supply chain management
- CPSM or CIPS certification preferred
- Expertise in contract management and risk assessment
- Advanced proficiency in SAP Ariba or Oracle Procurement
- Proven track record of vendor relationship management
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Experience in international sourcing and logistics
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
