Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for key commodities across 15+ markets
- Lead vendor negotiations securing favorable terms and reducing total cost of ownership
- Analyze market trends and implement risk mitigation strategies for supply chain disruptions
- Manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships including finance, operations, and logistics
- Oversee procurement budget optimization and cost-saving initiatives targeting 15% annual reduction
- Implement and maintain compliance with ISO 20400 sustainable procurement standards
- Lead digital transformation projects including ERP system upgrades and procurement automation
Qualifications
- 8+ years in procurement/supply chain management with 3+ years in leadership
- CIPS or CPSM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in strategic sourcing, contract management, and supplier relationship management
- Proven track record of achieving 10%+ cost savings through negotiation and process optimization
- Advanced proficiency in procurement analytics tools (e.g., Coupa, Jaggaer)
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
- Experience managing international supplier networks across APAC/Europe
- Strong understanding of Incoterms, customs regulations, and global trade compliance
