Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for 200+ suppliers across electronics and manufacturing sectors
- Lead contract negotiations securing 15-20% cost reductions annually
- Implement risk mitigation protocols for supply chain disruptions
- Manage cross-functional procurement initiatives with engineering and operations teams
- Analyze market trends to identify innovation opportunities and process improvements
- Mentor junior buyers while driving compliance with ISO 14001 standards
- Optimize inventory turnover through data-driven procurement analytics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic procurement with 3+ in leadership roles
- CIPS or CPSM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP Ariba preferred) and e-procurement platforms
- Proven track record of vendor relationship management and cost savings
- Fluency in English with proficiency in Mandarin for regional negotiations
- Strong analytical skills with experience in spend analysis and KPI reporting
