Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for critical commodities and services

- Manage supplier relationships and performance metrics

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years in procurement/sourcing with 3+ in leadership
- Proven expertise in strategic sourcing and contract management
- Advanced negotiation skills with measurable cost-saving achievements
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- CIPS or CPSM certification highly desirable
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
