Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic procurement plans aligned with business objectives
- Lead vendor negotiations for multi-million dollar contracts across diverse categories

- Drive sustainability initiatives in sourcing and supplier compliance

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive procurement experience with 3+ in leadership
- CIPS or equivalent procurement certification required
- Proven track record in strategic sourcing and vendor management
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and procurement analytics
- Strong negotiation skills with contract management expertise
- Experience managing APAC supply chains and international vendors
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
