Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end procurement processes for strategic materials, from RFQ to contract negotiation
- Develop and maintain relationships with 50+ key suppliers across North America and Asia
- Analyze market trends and implement cost-saving initiatives targeting 15% annual reduction
- Oversee inventory management systems to optimize stock levels and minimize carrying costs
- Collaborate with logistics team to ensure seamless supply chain integration
- Drive sustainability initiatives by evaluating supplier ESG compliance and ethical sourcing
- Mentor junior procurement specialists and lead cross-functional improvement projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years of progressive purchasing experience in manufacturing or distribution
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or equivalent certification
- Expert proficiency in ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) and e-procurement platforms
- Proven track record of negotiating complex contracts with $5M+ annual spend
- Advanced data analysis skills with experience in spend analytics tools
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations and logistics
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present to executive leadership
