Responsibilities
- Lead strategic sourcing for 12+ categories including raw materials, MRO, and logistics services
- Develop and execute RFP/RFQ processes with 3+ tier supplier networks
- Drive cost reduction initiatives through market analysis and contract renegotiation
- Implement ESG compliance frameworks for all vendor relationships
- Manage $25M+ annual spend with cross-functional stakeholders
- Optimize inventory turnover using demand forecasting tools
- Lead vendor risk assessments and contingency planning
Qualifications
- 8+ years in procurement with 3+ in strategic sourcing leadership
- CPSM or CIPS certification required
- Expertise in SAP Ariba and e-sourcing platforms
- Proven track record of 10%+ cost reduction in complex categories
- Experience managing international supply chains and customs compliance
- Advanced Excel/Power BI skills with spend analytics
- Strong contract negotiation and vendor management expertise
