Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies for key commodities across 15+ suppliers
- Lead vendor negotiations securing favorable terms and long-term partnerships
- Analyze market trends to identify cost reduction opportunities and mitigate supply risks
- Implement and maintain procurement KPIs tracking cost savings and vendor performance
- Oversee the end-to-end procurement cycle from RFQ to contract finalization
- Manage cross-functional projects aligning procurement with business objectives
- Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 sustainability standards and ethical sourcing policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive purchasing experience with 3+ in leadership roles
- CIPS or CPSM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and e-procurement platforms
- Proven track record of achieving 15%+ annual cost savings
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency for APAC market engagement
- Strong negotiation skills with experience in complex international contracts
