- Oversee procurement budget and compliance with purchasing policies

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive purchasing/procurement experience
- CPSM or CIPS certification preferred
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Expertise in contract management and risk assessment
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Proven track record in vendor relationship management
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
