Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 8+ years progressive purchasing experience in manufacturing/distribution
- CIPS or CPSM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and e-procurement tools
- Proven track record of strategic sourcing and cost reduction
- Advanced negotiation and contract management skills
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision making
- Experience managing international vendor relationships
