Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to optimize procurement spend across 15+ categories
- Negotiate complex contracts with international suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and risk mitigation
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive cost-saving initiatives and process improvements
- Manage supplier relationships through performance metrics and continuous improvement programs
- Analyze market trends and leverage data analytics to identify procurement opportunities
- Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 and supply chain sustainability standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive purchasing experience with 3+ in leadership
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) designation required
- Expert proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and e-procurement platforms
- Proven track record of achieving 10-15% cost savings in complex procurement cycles
- Strong analytical skills with experience in spend analysis and market research
- Exceptional negotiation skills with experience in international contracts
